      Resetting your password

      1. If you’ve forgotten your password, click Forgot Password? on the sign-in page.

      2. Enter your email and select Reset Password. You'll receive an email with a link to reset your password.

      3. Follow the link, create and confirm your new password, then click Set Password.

      4. Your password must be 8-16 characters long and include at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one symbol.
