How to reset your account password

If you're having trouble recalling your password, simply click on the 'forgot password?' button located on the sign-in page to initiate the reset process.

After entering your email address, click on the 'reset password' button. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

To complete the password reset process, follow the link provided in the email, create a new password, confirm it, and then click on 'Set Password' to save your changes.

Please ensure that your password is between 8 and 16 characters long, and includes at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one symbol for security purposes.
