Depending on your auction, there are a few things that you need to do.
- Export your results - we have guides on how to do this in the Help Centre.
- Chase up any late payments - we recommend contacting buyers at least every 48 hours until they pay; if after 7 days they haven’t paid then contact the underbidder. But please notify us if any buyers do default on their payment. You can see more in our ‘Recommended late payment policy’ in the Help Centre.
- Make sure you are compliant with any legal requirements for your industry, such as Anti-money laundering checks for art buyers above €10,000.
- Send a thank you message to all bidders with an action for them to support your next auction - such as following you on socials or joining your newsletter
