How do I add shipping information to my lot?

Navigate to the Auctions tab in your Indy account.
Select your auction draft from the list.
Open the Lots tab and click Create Lot to get started.
Once you’ve added the other lot information (images, titles, description, price, etc.), scroll down to the Shipping details section near the bottom of the page.
Under Shipping details, you can:
- Enter a shipping quote if you already know the cost, or
- Add your contact email so bidders can reach out for quotes or further details.
If relevant, include any special notes such as:
- Collection-only availability
- Oversized or fragile items
- International shipping restrictions

When creating a lot on Indy, it’s important to provide clear shipping information so bidders know how they can receive the item.
