Customising email notifications

    Indy offers default templates for transactional emails sent to bidders throughout the auction process, from account creation to payment settlement. Below is a list of these email notifications:

    • OTP Verification
    • Auction Registration - Bidding Paddle
    • Auction Registration (pending approval)
    • Auction Registration (approval rejected)
    • Max Bid Confirmation
    • Outbid Notification
    • Payment Request (automated)
    • Payment Receipt

    Pro plan users can customise these templates to align with their brand voice.


    To customise email templates:

    1. Go to Account > Settings.
    2. Scroll to Email Template Configuration.
    3. Choose the email type from the dropdown.
    4. Click Edit to modify the text (only black text is editable; grey text is fixed).
    5. Upload a logo image to save your changes.
    6. Click Update before moving to the next template.
