Is there a limit to how many lots an auction can have?

The number of lots you can include in a single auction depends on your pricing tier. The platform imposes these limits to ensure performance remains optimal and to match the scale of your operations. To learn more about which tier is best for running your auction, please see our pricing page.

Starter tier

If you are on the Starter tier, you can add a maximum of 100 lots to an auction. This tier is designed for smaller, boutique auctions.

Pro tier

If you use the Pro tier, you can include up to 500 lots in a single auction. This limit supports high-volume commercial auctions and large fundraising events.

If you plan to run an auction that requires more than 500 lots, please contact support to discuss your requirements and find an appropriate solution.

Pro Tip:  You can switch to another tier at any point within your account dashboard, but when doing so you'll need to create a new auction as auctions cannot change between tiers.
