Customising your Marketing Opt-In Message

When you are creating your auction, you will be able to customise the marketing opt-in message that appears when bidders create an account. This allows you to invite bidders to sign up for your marketing emails during the registration process.

Where to customise the message:

      1. Go to the Account tab.
      2. Click on Settings.
      3. Scroll down to Marketing Opt-In Customisation.
      4. Edit the text to create your own message.
      5. Click Save to apply your changes.

What happens next:

  • When bidders register for your auction, they’ll see your custom marketing opt-in message.
  • They can choose whether to opt in to receive your marketing emails.
  • You’ll be able to see which bidders have opted in by checking the marketing preferences in your account.
