Can I re-order my lots?

Can I re-order lots before publishing my auction? 

Important: Lot order must be finalised before publishing, as it cannot be changed once live. Lots should not be deleted to adjust order, as deleted lots cannot be replaced.

However, if you do need to edit the order of lots before publishing your auction, you can do so manually by swapping the information between lots.

To adjust the order:

  1. Open the lot you want to move.
  2. Copy its details (title, description, images, pricing, etc.).
  3. Paste the information into the new position, replacing the previous lot.
  4. Repeat the process for the swapped lot.

Top Tip: While this process requires manual adjustments, planning your lot order before uploading will save time and ensure a smooth auction setup.
